Abigail - Owner, Founder
I'm Abigail, the primary force behind Mamukeeto! I'm a creative at heart and enjoy spending my free time playing video games. I love being able to create things for a living and hope that someday I'll be able to push Mamukeeto into becoming a full lifestyle brand.
Foster - shipper, heavy lifter
Foster is Abigail's fiance and he maintains the roles of taking orders to the post office, doing heavy lifting, and being a lovely and supportive table helper at conventions. The two of them met online in Final Fantasy XIV and since then, Foster has been Abigail's number one supporter.
Hades - Most Cutest Assistant
Meet Hades, the most cutest office assistant ever invented. She enjoys napping in the sun, sitting on fabric, and demanding to be petted at the most inconvenient times possible. Hades came to Mamukeeto as a lone stray kitten barely 8 weeks old, and since then she's made her place right at the center of everyone's attention.
The Name 'Mamukeeto'
So where did the name Mamukeeto come from? Our original name was too long (Little Manakete Creations; a real mouthful!) and we wanted something that was short and sweet, but still maintained our identity and uniqueness. Mamukeeto came about when brand owner Abigail was creating a character in the Japan-only MMORPG, Dragon Quest X, in 2021. They intended to name their character Manakete, or マムクート, but accidentally entered マムケート which roughly translates to Mamukeeto. Rather than pay to change one character in the name on a fresh account, they decided to roll with it. Over the years, Abigail grew more and more attached to both the character and the name Mamukeeto, and so when the idea of shortening the shop name was proposed Mamukeeto seemed like the perfect fit!
