Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are processed and ship every business day, Monday through Friday. Handmade items can take up to 7 business days to process. Ready-to-ship items process within 2 business days. Once shipped, domestic packages can be expected within 3-5 days. International packages can arrive anywhere between 1-4 weeks. All orders ship with tracking and the tracking information is sent via email at the time of fulfillment, so please check your tracking for more detailed information regarding the status of your order.

Ready to ship items like stationery, prints, and keychains ship within 2 business days. Made-to-order or custom items ship within 5-7 business days, as long as necessary information was provided (ie, measurements on a custom sized item). To ensure speedy fulfillment, please double check that you've included all pertinent info related to your order.

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world! Please keep in mind that you, the buyer, are responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with your order.

Shop Policies

Digital items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have an issue with a digital purchase, please reach out to hello@mamukeeto.com for assistance. Physical items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if they're in their original packaging and like new condition. If the item is opened, a partial refund can be processed upon return of the item. For these types of returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email hello@mamukeeto.com to initiate a return request. If an item arrives significantly damaged, dirty, or otherwise unusable, please contact us at hello@mamukeeto.com for a refund, return, or a replacement. If returning the items, return shipping will be paid by Mamukeeto. If an item arrives incorrectly sized or otherwise in good condition, but not usable by you or the item recipient, please contact us at hello@mamukeeto.com for a refund, return, free alteration, or reshipment. If returning the item for a refund or alteration, return shipping will be paid by Mamukeeto.

If you would like to cancel an order and receive a refund, please contact us asap at hello@mamukeeto.com. Once an item has been made and a shipping label prepared, the order can no longer be canceled but you can file a return request for a refund.

If your order’s address is incorrect, please contact us at hello@mamukeeto.com as soon as possible to fix it. If the shipping label was printed but the order hasn’t shipped, we can still fix it! If your order was already shipped, you’ll need to pay shipping again for reshipment once it’s returned to us. If no attempt is made to correct an incorrect mailing address within 1 month of the package being returned, your order will be canceled.

For items such as costumes, custom made apparel, etc, we offer free size alterations if the item does not fit or look right when it arrives. Please contact us at hello@mamukeeto.com with your request.

General Questions

All transactions on our site are processed through Paypal, Stripe, or Shop Pay. Each of these three service providers uses end-to-end data encryption to ensure that nothing is shared with our site, and your payment info cannot be compromised via our site.

The payment methods we can offer are limited to what Shopify, our service provider, is integrated with. They’re always looking for new options to add, but until they do we can only offer what’s available at the time.

Sustainability and ethical sourcing and business practices are very important to us as both a brand and consumers. We strive to source product bases (shirts, berets, etc) from manufacturers that pay their employees living wages, don’t participate in sweatshop practices, and use verified ethical and sustainable supply chains. We also try our best to use up as much material as we can to avoid unnecessary textile waste, and try to shop small rather than turning to large corporations.

There are a lot of factors that go into determining the prices of our products. Labor cost, material cost, packaging expenses, and overhead cost all go into the total price of a product. We have to make a living, but we try to price our items as fairly as possible and run discount codes and sales as often as we can to make things that much more affordable.

No! We don't use any generative AI in our products, our website, or anywhere else. We are STRONGLY against the use of generative AI due to ethical and moral problems, and we encourage you to support real artists!
