- Armband and patch are machine washable; belt is recommended spot clean/surface clean only (but hand washing with mild soap is okay if necessary)
- Make sure to include your measurements!
- Patch application instructions: To apply the patch, press for 10 seconds on medium-high heat with a press cloth over the patch and fabric (to avoid damaging your patch or your base garment). Allow the patch to cool, then check the edges of the patch for lifting; if they lift, continue pressing in 10 second increments until fully adhered. If the patch really doesn't want to stick, use a small amount of steam when ironing.
